Standart Repair Warranty

90-days warranty policy on all fixed/repaired parts only, no refunds or exchange, original receipt is required for our warranty. Warranty is void if: Device has liquid or physical damage, abuse, misuse, modification, or servicing by any company other than RT Cellular. Device exceeds the 90 days period since its repaired. Any device left as collateral will become store property if not picked up within 45days grace period.

Device Warranty

We warranty all devices sold against defects for 90 days. Defective devices may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion. Refunds on defective devices will only be permitted if the device is determined to be unrepairable. Any physical damage, liquid damage, abuse, misuse, modification, or servicing by any company other than RT Cellular will void all warranties provided.

Accessory Warranty

Cases and other protection or cosmetic accessories carry no warranty. Charge cables, power banks, and other electronic accessories will be exchanged with an identical replacement product if found to be defective within 14 days of purchase.

Returns

Repair Return Policy

Any defective parts used in a repair are covered under applicable repair warranties. No refunds will be made for repairs except when covered under applicable warranties.

Unlock Return Policy

Unlock services may be refunded only if an unlock attempt was unsuccessful. An unlock in progress cannot be cancelled and may not be refunded except when the service length exceeds 14 days longer than originally estimated.

Accessory Return Policy

All accessory sales are final with the exception of in-warranty exchanges.

Item Abandonment

Device Abandonment

Customer devices left at our store longer than 45 days will be considered abandoned. We will make at least three attempts to contact a customer regarding an abandoned device within this time period. If a customer has not arranged an extended hold time or contact has been unsuccessful, we will claim possession of the device, perform a secure data reset if possible, and use it at our discretion. Any payments made for repair services on an abandoned device will NOT be refunded.

Part Abandonment

Parts ordered and on hold for a customer will be held for a maximum of 30 days. We will make at least three attempts to contact a customer to notify them of part arrival within this time. If a customer has not arranged an extended hold time or contact has been unsuccessful, we will return the part and will NOT refund any paid amount.
